Q: How do you deliver?
A: We use DHL for our nationwide deliveries, & on occasion deliver direct in South Wales. Our products are carefully packaged to try and ensure they get to you in one piece, we also use foil lined boxes & ice packs where required. We’ve found DHL to be quite good, but there are occasional errors that our out of our control. We hope this doesn’t cause problems for you, but its important to keep in mind.
Q: Where do we deliver?
A: For most of our products, we deliver just about everywhere within England and Wales, as well as a few places in Scotland. Our website won’t let you order anything if your postcode is out of range, so if you’re unsure, you can give it a go and see if it works.
Q: When can I expect delivery?
A: Usually within five working days. Once we’ve received & assigned your order we’ll send an email to confirm the order & despatch date.
Q: Can I choose a delivery date?
A: If you need or want a delivery at a specific time, you can request a desired delivery date by leaving a message in the order notes & we’ll deliver on the day or as close as we can.
Q: What if I won’t be home on my delivery date?
A: You will receive a shipment number via email, where you can trace & divert your parcel if needed. You can make alternative arrangements such as ‘leave in a safe place’ or ‘deliver to a neighbour’ if nobody will be home.
Q: What happened to my favourite pie?
A: The products on our website change frequently. If an item you’ve received in the past is no longer on our website, then it is likely out of stock or has been discontinued. For example, we no longer sell birthday cakes. We try to keep our range interesting, so if there’s something you liked that’s gone, then you can hopefully find a new favourite soon.
Q: What if I don’t like my product?
A: Although a lot of work goes into making our pies tasty, sometimes they won’t be to your taste. Everybody is different. Thankfully, our range is wide enough that you should be able to find something you like. We’re sorry if you don’t like the first thing you try, but don’t give up hope. There’s plenty of pies to go around.
